They're going to look for your Facebook. They're going to look for your LinkedIn. They're going to look for you online. They're going to see what types of pictures you post. As they get to know who you are, as they get to see that stuff, see you with your sweetheart, see you're doing your hobbies, they get to know you and it allows them to trust you more because they find your social.” – Adam Adams
