Key Takeaways:

“It (multifamily syndication) really aligned with what we’re looking to achieve in terms of creating our time freedom for ourselves, the scalability of the model, also, being able to invest in multiple doors at once. That was just something that we never thought was possible.” – Aileen Prak

“What’s really great about the syndication business model is that it’s really a team sport. We’re all able to pull our money together, pull our expertise together, in order to achieve a common goal and invest in something that we typically won’t be able to do on our own.” – Aileen Prak

“Listen to podcasts. That’s how we got started in our real estate journey. Just listen and absorb all the information as you can.” – Aileen Prak

“We’ve met a lot of great people in the space through the podcast and we cannot trade that [relationship] for anything. The people that we interviewed are so experienced in the space and they have so much knowledge. We’re able to learn from all the lessons, all the experiences that they’ve had. We can’t put a price on that.” – Aileen Prak
